The REACh-system is based on the principle of individual responsibility of the industry. With the principle "no data, no market" according to the regulation (EG) No. 1907/2006 chemical materials may only be used within the territory, if they have been pre-recorded.
Therewith any manufacturer or importer, who wants to sell materials, which are affected by the REACh must have his own registration number.
As a downstream user MICROTHERM is not obliged to register according to REACh.
